Nyaari Mission

Nyaari is the first law firm, that is all women. From Partners to staff, from lawyers to drivers, we are a vision, a creation, a mission by women for the world Nyaari means unique in Hindi, beautiful in Urdu. For us, it was created out of an amalgamation of two words, Nyay and Naari. And all of that is what we hope Nyaari will be.

Every girl who enters law, is warned, it's not a place for women. It's been 70 years since Independence, and we have had women prime minister, presidents, army officers, IAS/IPS officers, women industry titans but not yet a women a chief justice. Of the ... Senior lawyers in the Supreme, only .... Are women.

Nyaari hopes to change that. We bring women together, to show and inspire, that law is a great place for women, because of all the women can do and cen be.

We hope to create a community that supports and encourages women, that helps and pushes them forward. We hope to create opportunities to make this wonderful legal world, a more even playing field.

We hope to ignite conversations that force us to look at situations and laws and seek justice. 6 years ago, our founder Poulomi Pavini Shukla, started a campaign for the rights of orphan children. Her campaign, begun as a student, caused the union budget to double and changed policy in 8 states.

This inspired the fundamental of Nyaari. It is our mission to raise our voice for issues of justice, of safety, of equality that lost in humdrum of sensationsalism. To raise a voice for the difficult, the ignored, the missed out, the downtrodden issues. To ask difficult questions and hope to get just solutions.

We also hope to make law accessible. We believe that every person should have access to universal legal help. That the poorest womanz the abandoned child, the lost man can all seek out the law without having to compromise. We want to encourage everyone to understand the law, the see how you are protected and benefited with it, and to use it to your advantage. With our AI assistant, Pyaari Nyaari, we want you to have a lawyer watching your back, in your pocket, at all times.
